Course Description
The theory, principles, indications for tests in cytology/pathology; and incorporation of the findings and clinical significance of results in cytology reports for Next Generation Sequencing.
Learning Outcomes
The learner will define and explain the theory, principles, and indications for tests in cytology/pathology including: Molecular Diagnostics (e.g., Polymerase chain reaction (PCR), Next-Gen Sequencing (NGS), microarrays).
